Steven adopts a practical, resourceful and straightforward approach in his management of the interface between teams within his own and across the three divisions within the group.

With a background rooted in mathematics rather than art or drawing, Steven brings pragmatism and mechanism to the creation of outstanding architecture with engineering. His wealth of experience delivering massive engineering projects across the Middle East has given him a profound understanding of the demands the surrounding environment places upon structures, and he addresses each challenge with the level of astute technical expertise one could only acquire from an almost 20-year career in the region.
